The Bellefonte Rotary Club will host a fun-filled day of food, activities, shopping and community spirit on Saturday, Oct. 31, at the Talleyrand Fall Festival.
The annual festival will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the gazebo/train station side of Talleyrand Park.
This year’s festival will feature a variety of food options, including Chicken-On-A Stick, Miller’s Caramel Corn and Scott’s Roasting. Rotary will be serving hotdogs, while Cub Scout Pack 330 will offer funnel cakes. Bonfatto’s and My Café Buzz also will have special menus available for festival visitors.
Children can enjoy a small bounce house provided by HBI, no wristbands are required, and face painting by Bellefonte Presbyterian. Rotary will also host a raffle table and a temporary tattoo parlor just for kids.
Numerous craft vendors and local nonprofit organizations will be joining the festival, offering handmade items, information, and opportunities to support community groups.
Because construction of the band shell is taking place in the Talleyrand Park annex near the Match Factory building, this year’s event will be limited to the gazebo side, reducing the number of available vendor spaces.
The event is held as a fundraiser for the Bellefonte Area Rotary Club. Funds raised are distributed to various community organizations and causes throughout the year, such as the Bellefonte YMCA, Faith Centre, Centre County Library, Bellefonte Youth Center and more.
