Input from riders, prospective riders, businesses, and residents helps shape service improvements, future planning and decisions that affect mobility throughout the region, according to CATA.
“CATA is always interested in feedback from the community, and these meetings provide an opportunity for direct face-to-face engagement with CATA management and senior staff,” CATA CEO Todd Horsley said in a statement. “We want to know what we’re doing well, where we can improve, how we can get you to ride, what works for you, and what doesn’t. No concern is too small or off the table—every piece of feedback we receive helps us shape a system that better serves the communities in and around State College.”
