Fall festival season is in full swing in Centre County with a packed lineup of events throughout the weekend.

Titan Market 5th Anniversary Celebration

Way Fruit Farm Harvest Craft Show

Way Fruit Farm kicks off its weekend fall festivals with a craft show featuring more than 60 artisans, free wagon rides to the pumpkin patch, local food sampling, live music, a bunny barn, apple picking, food trucks and face painting (11 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday).

Dutch Fall Festival

Celebrating its 49th year, Aaronsburg’s Dutch Fall Festival includes craft, art, antique and produce vendors; homemade foods like sticky buns, bread, ham pot pie, apple dumplings, apple cider, breakfast sandwiches and soups; educational demonstrations; free children’s activity tent complete with take-home crafts, activities and face painting for all ages; petting zoo; pedal tractor pulls; and a raffle of handmade quilts. Downtown State College Fall Fest

The Downtown State College Improvement District’s 24th annual Fall Fest celebrates the season with free pumpkins and decorating activities for kids, food vendors, face painting, a fun house, balloon creations, personalized drawings, pop-up theater performances and more.

Wasson Farm Fall Festival
Saturday, Oct. 4 and Sunday, Oct. 5, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
2545 Shingletown Road, State College

Wasson Farm begins its 25th year of weekend fall festivals with hay rides to the pumpkin patch ($10 per person, pumpkin included), a corn maze, animals, straw tunnel, barrel train rides ($2), games and foods such as apple butter, Amish baked goods, apple cider slushies, hot cider, soups and the farms renowned homemade ice cream. Cash and check only. Additional parking is across the street and tram service is provided.

Pick Your Own Pumpkins with First Responders
Saturday, Oct. 4 and Sunday, Oct. 5, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
Mountain Edge Farm, 623 Buffalo Run Road, Bellefonte

Pick your own pumpkin, explore a 13-acre corn maze, enjoy food trucks and farm-themed games and on Oct. 4 only meet local fire department and EMS personnel at Mountain Edge Farm’s fall celebration.

Pleasant Gap Fire Company Fall Festival

Pleasant Gap Fire Company’s inaugural fall festival will host a wide variety of food and beverage vendors; a beer garden; live music from Ted & Veronica, Velveeta and Danni Long Legs; games and activities for kids and adults; a bounce house; mini golf; emergency services demonstrations; and more.

Centre Hall Fire Company 150th Anniversary Celebration
Saturday, Oct. 4, noon
134 N. Witmer Ave., Centre Hall

Centre Hall Fire Company will celebrate its 150th anniversary with a two-hour parade starting at noon followed by a festival on the company grounds. The day will include food, games, plenty of free stuff for kids and a memorabilia sale, all capped off by a fireworks show at 7:30 p.m.

Haunted Lake Loop Trail

Black Moshannon State Park

Enjoy a scare and some laughs at Black Moshannon State Park’s Haunted Lake Loop Trail, a three-quarter mile walk starting at the beach. While waiting to start the hike enjoy a campfire on the beach with marshmallows available while they last. Candy for children will be available at the end of the walk.
