St. Mark Lutheran Church’s Summer Outdoor Concert series returns with monthly performances featuring music from local and regional musicians playing under the pavilion at the congregation, 850 Snydertown Road, Howard.
On Friday, June 26, singer-songwriter Mike Weyrauch returns for a second consecutive year. Weyrauch plays popular music as well as praise music and has performed in popular area venues such as 814 Cider Works and Shy Bear Brewery.
The evening begins at 6 p.m. with food and the fire pit started to roast hot dogs, S’mores and more. Music begins at 6:30pm. Guests are invited to bring a lawn chair or blanket, food to share if they wish and are able, and just enjoy some music and time with community.
If there is rain, the concert will be moved indoors.
The other summer concerts this year are Woody Wolfe Jr. returning to St. Mark on July 17 and Fishers of Men performs at the church for the first time on Aug. 14.
