U.S. Attorney Peter J. Smith is asking for records from Penn State relating to the former defensive coordinator. Smith is also asking for records about former Athletic Director Tim Curley, former Interim Senior Vice President for Finance and Business Gary Schultz, former Penn State President Graham Spanier and The Second Mile, a charitable organization for underprivileged children that Sandusky founded.
