Peppa Pig and her family are on their way to Penn State’s Eisenhower Auditorium for a family-friendly musical theater performance at 6 p.m. on Thursday, March 26.

Based on the long-running British preschool animated TV series, Peppa Pig: My First Concert is an interactive classical music experience introduces children 18 months of age and older to the magic of a live orchestra concert.

Tickets are $47 and $58 for adults and individuals 18 and younger, and $19 for Penn State University Park students and can be purchased online, over the phone at 814-863-0255 or in person, weekdays 10 a.m.–4 p.m., at Eisenhower Auditorium. A $4 fee is applied to online purchases only.

Ticketholders are invited to a free pre-show family activity from 4:30–6 p.m. in the Eisenhower Auditorium Conference Room. Participants will be able to visit various creative stations featuring activities and get their “passports” stamped before the curtain goes up. The activity is held in partnership with the Penn State Music Service Club, Schlow Centre Region Library and the Center for the Performing Art’s arts engagement assistants.

In “My First Concert,” families will see Peppa Pig, along with Mummy Pig, Daddy Pig, George and baby sister Evie, learn about the different sounds that instruments make together. Family audiences will enjoy some of their favorite music from the show played by a live orchestra, and they will learn some other orchestral pieces perfect for children. Some little ones also will be invited to join Peppa and her family to make music of their own.

“My First Concert” includes orchestral renditions of songs from the animated TV series, such as “The Peppa Pig Theme” and “The Bing Bong Song,” along with a selection from “The Nutcracker,” and other classical works by composers such as Beethoven and Mozart.

While 2026 marks the first time Peppa Pig “My First Concert” will make its way across North America, it has played to sold-out houses across Europe.
