Saturday Night Live’s Colin Jost will visit Penn State’s Bryce Jordan Center for a stand-up show on March 18, the venue announced on Tuesday.

Tickets for the 7:30 p.m. performance are $20 and go on sale to the general public at noon on Friday through Ticketmaster. University Park students can purchase tickets now for the same price and will have exclusive access to general admission floor tickets through March 10.

Jost is best known as for his work on SNL’s “Weekend Update,” which he has co-hosted with Michael Che since 2014. He joined the NBC late-night comedy institution in 2005 as a writer and has served as the show’s co-head writer from 2012 to 2015 and 2017 to 2022.

As a writer, he has also published pieces in the likes of The New Yorker and The New York Times Magazine, authored the best-selling memoir “A Very Punchable Face,” and wrote the screenplay for the coming-of-age comedy “Staten Island Summer.”

Aside from SNL, on-screen Jost has appeared in films including “How to Be Single” and “Coming 2 America,” hosted “Pop Culture Jeopardy!” on Amazon Prime and with Che co-hosted the Primetime Emmy Awards in 2018. He won Emmys in 2025 for his work as a producer and writer on “SNL50: The Anniversary Special,” as an NBC Sports correspondent from Tahiti for the surfing competition at the 2024 Summer Olympics.
