Parts of South Allen Street and Calder Way are closed on Thursday for an emergency water valve repair.
The State College Borough Water Authority began working on repairs at 8 a.m. and work is expected to last until 5 p.m., or until repairs are completed.
South Allen Street is closed to traffic between College Avenue and Beaver Avenue. Calder Way is closed between Kelley Alley and Humes Alley.
