State College drivers may see minor delays Thursday morning at the intersection of South Atherton Street and West Nittany Avenue and at the intersection of South Atherton Street and West Foster Avenue, the borough announced.
A borough crew is removing a tree in the neighborhood there, at 327 S. Atherton St.
The borough has asked that motorists use caution in the area.
