The State College Borough Council convenes for its regular meeting Monday night ready to discuss a range of topics from local projects to issues discussed on a statewide level.
Council will consider a resolution regarding the Pennsylvania Voter ID Law. The new law, which a ruling is expected on in coming days, would require anyone going to the polls to present an ID each time they vote and only certain forms of identification are permitted, such as a United States passport or a Pennsylvania driver’s license.
During general policy and administration, Council will address pension amendments. Other amendments include the Borough’s Dog Ordinance and Food Establishment Ordinance.

State College Borough Council meets at 7:30 p.m. in the Municipal Building, 243 S. Allen St. and is open to the public.
