Centre Region residents can register now for 2018 Centre LifeLink EMS memberships.
With a membership, residents in Centre LifeLink’s coverage area incur no out-of-pocket expenses for emergency ambulance service. Members can save an average of $300 for basic life support calls and more than $500 for advanced life support paramedic service.
Individual memberships are $50 and family memberships are $70.
Memberships and donations also help keep services available to the community. A nonprofit organization, Centre LifeLink receives no tax support and relies in part on donations and funds raised annually through memberships to provide services and purchase life-saving equipment.
Centre LifeLink provides 24-hour emergency service for the State College, College Township, Harris Township, Ferguson Township and Patton Township, and mutual aid to surrounding areas of Centre and Huntingdon Counties.
Residents will receive a 2018 membership brochure in the mail and registration also is open online at www.centrelifelink.com.
