After closing for renovations last spring, Champs Downtown announced it will reopen tonight. The bar and grill at 339 S. Allen St. will unveil its new, two-floor redesign.
The unveiling will include live music, expanded seating, and plenty of beer on tap — just in time for the weekend. 3AM Tokyo will provide the live music at Friday night’s reopening.
A scheduled opening time and operating hours were not yet made available.
Champs also announced it will host Ultimate Midget Wrestling on Tuesday night in its newly-renovated basement.
Champs initially opened in the Allen Street location, formerly occupied by Chili’s, in December 2015. Champs Sports Grill also has a location on North Atherton Street
