StateCollege.com columnist and AccuWeather chief hurricane and long-range forecaster Joe Bastardi appeared on Comedy Central’s ‘Colbert Report’ Tuesday, April 6.
Bastardi faced Brenda Ekwurzel of the Union of Concerned Scientists in a segment Stephen Colbert called ‘Science Catfight.’ The two represented differing opinions on global warming.
‘I don’t know about you,’ Colbert said on the show last night, ‘but when those blizzards hit the east coast this winter, it [proved] that global warming is a fraud. That snow was freezing cold.’
