State Representative Scott Conklin, the newly sworn-in Democratic representative from Rush Township, plans to open his State College office today at 301 S. Allen Street, Suite 102.
The same office was previously occupied by Conklin’s predecessor in the 77th state House district, state Rep. Lynn Herman.
Conklin’s local office hours will be 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
