Motorists can expect delays Thursday on a portion of South Atherton Street.
A contractor for State College Borough will be replacing a traffic signal pole at the intersection of South Atherton Street and Westerly Parkway. Work will occur between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
The work will require flaggers to control traffic at the intersection. Drivers and pedestrians are advised to use caution traveling through the area.
