PennDot is warning drivers to expect delays on Route 322 Thursday while construction crews repave a bridge on the busy highway.
The bridge, spanning Galbraith Run, is located just east of Boalsburg, where Route 322 goes from four lanes to two lanes.
On Thursday, only one lane will get through at a time. Flaggers will be directing traffic in the construction zone.
A second Route 322 project is also getting underway, at a bridge that crosses Route 322 near the Pets Come First animal shelter.
Workers are scheduled to set up temporary barriers and paint new roadway lines. Flaggers will be directing traffic there as well, with only one lane open to traffic.
Once that temporary barrier is in place, PennDot says a 10-foot width restriction will be in effect until Aug. 21.
The bridge, which crosses Sinking Creek, is undergoing miscellaneous repairs.
