A public parking lot in downtown State College will be closed for six days while the borough’s Public Works Department performs repair work.
The Beaver Avenue Lot will be closed from Monday, Sept. 28 through Saturday, Oct. 3, according to a borough advisory.
All vehicles must be removed from the municipal lot on the 100 block of West Beaver Avenue by 8 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 27. Vehicles that remain after that will be subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
During the closure, drivers are encouraged to use the Beaver Avenue and Fraser Street garages or nearby metered parking on South Allen Street.
