Traffic on the 100 block of South Pugh Street will be reduced to a single lane for much of Tuesday, State College borough announced.
A contractor for the borough will be removing an elm tree on that block, between East College and East Beaver avenues, according to the borough. Work is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
