This video was posted on Facebook by Garrett Bastardi. Bastardi says this video was taken in the Boalsburg area as violent storms moved through the State College area. We cannot confirm the source of this video. However, Accuweather says a funnel cloud was reported in Boalsburg but it’s not confirmed whether a tornado touched the ground.
