Construction on the UAJA Beneficial Reuse Project began yesterday in College Township.
During the time of construction, First Avenue will be closed to through traffic between Struble Road and Bush Avenue. Local traffic and deliveries will have access. A detour route in the area will be established and marked, using Bush Avenue and Jay Lane.
Work hours are daylight to dark, Mondays through Thursdays, weather permitting. First Avenue will be open to all traffic during non-working hours.
This portion of the project is predicted to take approximately three weeks to complete.
