So long, warm spell.
After unseasonably warm temperatures on Friday, the National Weather Service has issued a high-wind warning for the State College area. It’ll remain in effect through 9 p.m. Saturday, according to a post on AccuWeather.com. Gusts as strong as 50 mph to 60 mph are expected.
That wind will make it feel like it’s 14 degrees outside early Saturday morning, though the actual low temperature is forecast to be 31, according to AccuWeather.com. The daytime high Saturday is expected to reach 36 degrees, but it’ll feel like 19 degrees, the weather website reported.
