Casey McClain is the only candidate for magisterial district judge 49-02-01 with true legal experience – in fact, 16 years of legal experience including jury and bench trials, Pennsylvania Superior Court, and thousands of clients in court over his career. There is no substitute for being in court, making legal arguments.
McClain was recently endorsed by the local FOP lodge of the state police, something that is impressive given that a police force would not typically endorse a defense lawyer over another police officer. And in 2014, McClain was honored with the John R. Miller, Jr. Civility Award by Centre County judges for upholding the highest standards of the legal profession.
