A man who police believe to be from out of state, presumably from Connecticut, faces hit-and-run charges after crashing into three vehicles on College Avenue and leaving the scene on Saturday.
According to borough police, John St. Andre was traveling on the 200 block of West College Avenue on Saturday when he rear-ended the car in front of him, struck another car behind him as he tried to reverse, and then hit a third car parked on the road when he veered left to flee the scene.
Police were unable to track down the owner of the parked car and are asking the driver of the small red vehicle to contact them at 278-4731.
