A 39-year-old man was jailed after a reported assault in the Happy Valley Motor Inn parking lot, 1245 S. Atherton St., State College police said Wednesday.
Andre Williams, whose last known address is in Patton Township, committed the domestic assault about 11:55 a.m. Tuesday, according to a police report. The victim suffered a puncture wound to a lip and was taken to Mount Nittany Medical Center for treatment, it says.
Williams, who is facing multiple assault and related charges, was arraigned before District Judge Jonathan Grine in State College. He was lodged in the Centre County Correctional Facility in lieu of posting $50,000 bail, police said. He will next face a preliminary hearing on Wednesday.
