Penn State Board of Trustees: The university officially decided to move forward with the purchase of 1.3 acres west of campus, the Kissell Motorsports Property. At yesterday’s meeting, board members also approved a $26 million addition to the Moore building and welcomed several members back after an election. Adam Smeltz has the story. Downtown Parking: State College has eased parking restrictions while thousands of visitors are in town for graduation. Overnight and two-hour parking restrictions will not be enforced this weekend and will resume 2 a.m. Monday. Click here for the full schedule of graduation ceremonies.
