Nittany Con returned for its fourth year on Sunday, moving for the first time to the Ramada Inn to accommodate the popularity and growth of the event. The annual show brought hundreds of people to enjoy cosplay, check out art and collectibles and meet artists. Centre County Report’s Morgan Giannone shares the story.
