Another business in the Nittany Mall is closing.
Garfield’s Restaurant and Pub announced Friday on Facebook that the location will close at the end of this weekend. Sunday also will be the last day of business for Bon-Ton in the mall.
‘We are sad to announce we will be closing our doors this weekend,’ a post on the Garfield’s State College page said. ‘Please join us for our last few days open.’
The casual, family-friendly restaurant has been open in the mall for 12 and a half years, serving fare such as burgers, sandwiches, steaks, ribs, pasta and salad. The Garfield’s chain has nine other locations, including restaurants in Washington, Pa. and Selinsgrove, Pa.
