Aside from the buzz surrounding tickets for the Outback Bowl, the football season noise has died down considerably over the past few weeks. News from the stadium, the team, and Paterno has been quiet.
According to a Daily Collegian report, Paterno returned to Beaver Stadium yesterday for a press conference, where he discussed his impressive progress with his injury, how it has effected pre-bowl game practices, Posluzny’s awards, and the New Years Day game against Tennessee.
True to form, Paterno snapped at reporters for taking his picture in a wheelchair when he entered the room, and then reprimanded them again for putting the emphasis on his injury rather than the team where it belongs. (Read More)
