Patton Township police are seeking information after a Wednesday morning bank robbery.
The robbery was reported to police at 11:45 a.m., when they were called to the Citizens Bank at 1826 N. Atherton St.
According to a press release from the police, witnesses said that a white male entered the bank wearing a wig, sunglasses, and a white mask covering his face.
He verbally demanded money from the teller, and at one point went behind the teller desk to try and get the cash on his own. Witnesses said there was no weapon or threat of violence from the suspect.

He reportedly exited the bank and walked to a black or dark blue car parked at a nearby business with an undisclosed amount of money. Members of the FBI and other area police departments assisted the Patton officers with the robbery.
