Penn State basketball draws closer and closer to the start of the 2014 basketball season and with that it means more and more conditioning. With that comes an in-house Yoke Zone Challenge which looks like just the worst way to start a morning. Penn State recently released video from Week 2 of the challenge. You can check out Week 1 here.
Teams are eligible to begin practice Friday, Oct. 3. The Nittany Lions are scheduled to begin their 30 preseason practices on Tuesday, Oct. 7.
