Penn State Police are investigating a harassment incident reportedly having occurred near Pattee Library between 11:45 a.m – 11:53 a.m. on Monday.
An Asian male, believed to be in his early 40’s, wearing a light colored hat and orange t-shirt approached a female, verbally assaulted her and physically grabbed her wrist as she tried to get away from him.
