Penn State Police Investigating Invasion of Privacy Incidents

Penn State Police are investigating two reports that an unknown individual or individuals appeared to film or photograph students while they were in the shower at a University Park residence hall.

Both incidents, which police are investigating as invasion of privacy cases, took place in Thompson Hall in the West Halls residence area. The first reportedly occurred at 9:40 p.m. on Sunday and the second at 12:45 a.m. on Monday.

Anyone with information about the identity of the actors or who experienced similar activity is asked to contact Penn State Police at 814-863-1111. Anonymous tips can be submitted online at https://www.police.psu.edu/psu-police/report-crime.cfm.
