State College Police are investigating an incident of criminal mischief after car windows were smashed Christmas night.
Police responded to a call at about 7:30 p.m. on Sunday at the Karch Auto impound lot on South Atherton Street. They found that someone had gained access to the lot and smashed the windows on at least 10 cars.
No damage estimate was available.
Police will check the lots surveillance cameras to see if they were working and recorded the incident, Lt. Chris Fishel said Tuesday afternoon.
