Additional charges are pending against the Patton Township man accused in an Oakwood Avenue assault, township police Chief John Petrick confirmed Friday.
Ryan Ho, 33, of Vairo Boulevard was charged Thursday with burglary, criminal trespass, indecent assault and related offenses after an in-home invasion on Oakwood Avenue.
Reached Friday morning, Petrick said township, State College borough and Penn State police also are investigating Ho in connection with a number of other incidents.
He expects more charges to be filed against Ho next week, Petrick said. More details may be released in the coming days.
‘We’re pleased with this joint police effort in the arrest of Mr. Ho,’ Petrick said, ‘in that he won’t be able to torment residents in the near future.’
Ho is being eyed specifically in connection with recent indecent-exposure incidents, StateCollege.com has learned.
Three indecent-exposure incidents were reported in Patton Township in January and March. On the University Park campus, Penn State police have been investigating a series of similar exposure incidents going back to August 2009.
