State police at Rockview are asking for the public’s help locating a missing Centre County man.
David Arleth, Jr., 48, was last seen at around noon on Aug. 20 in the area of Nilson Road in Walker Township near Zion. He is believed to be operating a navy blue 2016 Subaru Outback with Pennsylvania registration number HSS 9816.
He “may be at special risk of harm or injury, or may be confused,” police wrote in a missing person advisory.
Arleth is 5 feet 5 inches tall and approximately 160 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
