State College Police are looking for a man who was involved in ‘the fraudulent use of a bank card’ at multiple locations in town on Nov. 1, 2015.

The police department issued a press release identifying the alleged perpetrator as a black male ‘described as stocky with facial hair.’ Police said that he was wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, tan pants, and black sneakers.

It is unclear exactly how the alleged fraud took place or what method the man was using to commit fraud at these State College stores.

The attached surveillance photos above show the man that police are seeking information on.

Police ask that anyone who can identify the suspect or may have information on the crime contact them via phone at 814-234-7150, by e-mail, or by submitting an anonymous tip through their website.
