The Bryce Jordan Center’s impressive spring lineup added another headliner Monday after it was announced that 23-year old Louisville native Bryson Tiller will head to University Park on Wednesday, April 27 at 8 p.m. Tiller, who walks the line between trap and R&B, features a unique sound that’s generated a loyal fanbase.
Tiller rose to prominence through popular audio platform SoundCloud, which piqued the interest of hip-hop moguls Drake and Timbaland. In 2015, he opted to sign with record label RCA Records over OVO, which is owned by Drake.
In October of 2015, Tiller released his debut album TRAPSOUL, which started at No. 11 on the Billboard 200 in August of 2015. Hits like “Don’t,” “Break Bread,” “Let ‘Em Know,” and “Sorry Not Sorry,” have Tiller climbing up the charts as one of the hottest young names in hip-hop, and his performance figures to be electric.
