Centre County District Attorney Bernie Cantorna on Wednesday announced that no charges would be filed against the State College police officers involved in the shooting death of 29-year-old Osaze Osagie.
Cantorna concluded that the use of force was justified after Osagie rushed at an officer with a steak knife when police arrived at his Old Boalsburg Road apartment to serve a mental health warrant. The outside investigation was conducted by Pennsylvania State Police.
