Mark C. Robbins, 44, and Jodi Lynn Robbins, 43, waived their cases on to Centre County Court prior to scheduled hearings Wednesday.

The Bellefonte couple is charged with 42 criminal counts each, following an underage drinking party that police said they sanctioned.  The Novemer 6, 2006 party, police say, was stocked with alcohol by Mark and Jodi Lynn Robbins, who were home at the time of the party.  Both Mark and Jodi Lynn were aware that juveniles were drinking in their home, police said.

Mark and Jodi Lynn Robbins are each charged with counts of selling or furnishing alcohol to minors, unlawful acts relative to liquor, malt, and brewed beverages licenses, corruption of minors, and a single count of criminal conspiracy.
