Part of West Branch Road near State College is closed for an extended period on Friday following a vehicle crash, according to borough police.
The road is expected to be closed “for several hours” between South Atherton Street and Shingletown Road because of a crash with wires down, State College police wrote on X at 10:10 a.m.
According to a dispatch reports, the crash happened on the 500 block of West Branch Road in College Township at about 9 a.m. Alpha Fire Police also responded to the scene.
Further details about the crash were not yet available.
