Icy conditions Monday morning have closed all schools in the State College Area School District, according to an email sent out moments ago.
The district was also dismissed early Friday because of a small accumulation of snow.
Temperatures, however, are expected to rise above freezing Monday and warm up significantly following last week’s arctic blast, according to AccuWeather.
