State College has temporarily eased restrictions on overnight and two-hour parking this weekend, the borough announced.
Officials are allowing the flexibility as thousands of visitors arrive in town for Penn State commencement ceremonies. The university plans to confer 9,750 degrees at University Park over the weekend.
The borough has posted specifics of the weekend parking policy on its website.
