Update: 1:30 p.m. Workers are re-opening all lanes on E. College Ave.
Drivers on E. College Ave. could face some minor delays getting in and out of State College today.
Work crews are upgrading the traffic lights at the intersection of E. College Ave. and Pike St.
East College is four lanes in that area. But traffic is being squeezed down into just one lane in each direction.
Flaggers are directing traffic through the area. So it’s a good idea to be alert and slow down as you approach the construction area.
