Mark your calendars: Trick-or-treating this year will be held on the Thursday before Halloween weekend, the Centre Daily Times reported.
Because Penn State football is scheduled to take on Michigan, a match-up that is sure to bring a crowd to State College, on Oct. 30, the Centre Region Council of Governments voted last night to move the annual hunt for sugar to 6-8 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 28. The parade will be held on Halloween.
