Two Forcible Sex Offenses Reported Outside Beaver Stadium

Penn State Police received two reports of forcible sex offenses that occurred outside of Beaver Stadium on Saturday night and early Sunday morning.

A sexual assault was reported to police at about 9:30 p.m. on Saturday. According to a Timely Warning issued by the university, the assault occurred at an unknown location near Beaver Stadium. A woman visiting campus reported that the man who allegedly assaulted her was with her near the stadium and later at an unknown location. The woman did not know the man.

The suspect in that case is described as a white male with blonde hair, about 20- to 25-years-old, 6-feet tall, 180 pounds.

A second assault was reported to have occurred at 12:10 a.m. Sunday near Gate A outside of the stadium. A female student reported that an unknown male ‘approached her, yelled at her and inappropriately touched her,’ according to a Timely Warning. The report was made to University Police at 9 p.m. Sunday. A description of the suspect was not made available.
