Construction of a new bank and retail space at 125 South Ridge Plaza, next to Sheetz, is ahead of schedule, according to the site supervisor, Kendall Peachey, of Poole Anderson Construction of State College.
The building will be approximately 9,500 square feet. Susquehanna Bank will occupy roughly 2,700 square feet and there will be about 6,700 square feet for multiple retail stores.
The construction is expected to be finished by July.
