Voting in the hotly-debated election for Penn State’s Board of Trustees began this morning. Thirty-nine candidates are in the race. The election will close on Thursday, May 2, 2013 at 9:00 a.m.
An email ballot containing voting credentials is being sent to alumni who qualify under one of the following criteria:
1) Are members of the Penn State Alumni Association
2) Contributed to the Penn State Fund in the last two years
3) Participated in the Nomination Phase (2013) of the election
4) Made a written request to have the ballot sent.
Howver, all alumni are encouraged to participate. If you have not received a ballot you should contact the Board of Trustees Office at BOT@psu.edu. You’ll need to provide your name at time of graduation (maiden name included), year of graduation, college and major, current e-mail address (where you would like to receive ballot), and mailing address. Once your alumni record is qualified, a ballot will be sent electronically.
Alumni who do not have internet access should call (814) 865-2521 to have a ballot be mailed to you.
