Penn State men’s basketball gained some insight into its 2026-27 schedule on Tuesday.

The Big Ten revealed conference opponents for the upcoming season, including home and away designations. The Nittany Lions will face all 17 teams, including two matchups each against Nebraska, Ohio State and Rutgers, one at home and one on the road.

Penn State’s home-only opponents include Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Northwestern, Oregon, Purdue and Washington. The Nittany Lions will travel to play Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Michigan State, UCLA, USC and Wisconsin.

With trips scheduled to both UCLA and USC, it’s likely they’ll be back-to-back on the schedule, meaning just one West Coast trip for the team. Last season, Penn State played at Washington and Oregon within a four-day span.

According to the release, dates, tipoff times and broadcast information will be announced at a later date.
