Penn State women’s basketball’s full 2024-25 schedule was released Thursday, several months after the team’s non-conference schedule was released. The Lady Lions will play 18 Big Ten games and 16 games at home.
Penn State will begin its conference slate on Dec. 7 against Indiana before closing out the calendar year at Minnesota on Dec. 28.
The Lady Lions will start 2025 by playing Iowa at the Bryce Jordan Center on New Year’s Day. After their following two games against Nebraska and Oregon, the Lady Lions will face JuJu Watkins and USC on the road on Jan. 12. Last year, the Trojans handed Penn State its first loss of the season in a 71-70 thriller.
On Jan. 19, the Lady Lions will host Ohio State before visiting Michigan State on Jan. 22 then returning home to take on Rutgers on Jan. 26 and Maryland on Jan. 29.
Penn State will host Washington on Feb. 5 then head west to face Northwestern on Feb. 9 and Illinois on Feb. 13. The Lady Lions will alternate between home and away games for the rest of the season, facing Wisconsin on Feb. 16 (home), Michigan on Feb. 22 (away), Purdue on Feb. 27 (home) and Rutgers on March 2 (away).
The Big Ten Tournament is scheduled for March 5-9.
