Penn State’s second availability report of the season has dropped, including some noteworthy changes from the previous week.

Defensive end Zuriah Fisher, a projected starter, is healthy for the game after missing Week 1, though defensive ends Max Granville, Mason Robinson and Jordan Mayer remain out.

Cornerback Zion Tracy, a projected starter who was listed as questionable last week and didn’t play, was not included on the report, meaning he’s fully healthy. He was the only player considered questionable in last week’s report.

As was the case against Nevada, wide receivers Kaden Saunders, Peter Gonzalez and Josiah Brown were listed as out. In addition, freshmen Lyrick Samuel and Matthew Outten were listed out, worsening depth at the position.

Defensive tackle Kaleb Artis, quarterback Bekkem Kritza, offensive linemen Brady O’Hara, Liam Horan and Eagan Boyer and cornerback Donte Nastasi all remain unavailable.

Other new additions to the report include linebacker Kari Jackson, defensive end Dayshaun Burnett, defensive tackle Randy Adirika, offensive lineman Henry Boehme and kicker Matthew Parker, all listed as out.
